Working or volunteering at Fair Lawn Jewish Day Camp you will:

- We are looking for people who love kids and who are excited and passionate about hard, meaningful work like enabling children to develop self confidence and independence, by noticing the good in each child, praising specific positive behavior in each child, and role modeling awesome, positive staff behavior.
- Awesome staff commit their best efforts to making camp an incredibly positive experience.
- If you get hired, you will be paid well, have an incredible summer experience, gain skills which will benefit you in the real world and leave an incredible positive impact on you and your campers.
- Every staff member is required to participate in pre-camp online staff training, professional staff development and staff meetings throughout the summer.
- We work hard to provide our staff with the tools and insights necessary to be highly successful, effective and make a powerful impact on our campers, while enjoying every moment of camp.
