2020 Camp Refund Policy and Agreement
NOTE: THIS IS THE 2020 REFUND POLICY CREATED ONLY FOR FAMILIES ENROLLED IN 2019.

The following refund options were set up with two things in mind:
1. Help you keep the full value of your money.
2. Help camp survive these difficult times so that we can continue to provide you with excellent summer experiences in the future.
Please consider the future of FLJDC in choosing your refund option below.
Please understand that camp is also impacted by Covid-19, we are sure we will survive this with your help and consideration, and ensure that camp can continue to serve you in the future.
We are putting you first and making sure to give you as many options as possible, while making sure that camp survives this together with you.

The refund options were presented before we knew the status of the 2020 season, and remain the same now that we are not opening our regular 2020 camp season, and if you do not plan to join the JewishMiniCamps in 2020.
If you plan to join the *2020 JewishMiniCamps, and want to use your 2020 balance, please make sure to choose options 1 or 3, a $50 non refundable deposit will be deducted from your balance to hold your spot, and as per the terms of the specific options below.
If you don't plan to join JewishMiniCamps, you can choose any option, 1 - 4.
*If we open in 2020 and then have to suspend or close mid season, another refund policy will be in place, and will be presented to you in a new parent agreement for the 2020 JewishMiniCamps season.
1The charge for JewishMiniCamps will be based on the current cost of operations not connected to regular camp rates. If you choose to join, your refund amount will be the difference between your tuition balance and the total you paid.
Best Value Option 1
Best Value Option, and get more for your money!
Option 1 Summary: Stay with us for 2020 and/or 2021, you can use your 2020 payments for 2020 JewishMiniCamps or for the 2021 season, or both.
Benefits:
No penalties or fees for moving your enrollment to 2021.
Guaranteed spot in camp for 2021 which is likely to have very high enrollment.
2Guaranteed no price increase in 2021 for the 2020 session you paid for.
Be fully paid for 2021, which means you have no camp payments to make until 2022, unless you use your funds for JewishMiniCamps or other things.
1You are already paid for camp, so if we open in 2020 for a modified season and you are comfortable joining at that time, you can easily join by applying your payment, and using the balance for the 2021 season.
Help camp survive this difficult time so we can continue to provide awesome summers for the children of our community for years to come.
2Receive session to session transfer to 2021, which means if you enrolled to one session for 2020 your auto enrolled into one session same division for 2021. If going into a new division in 2021, just pay the difference at the 2020 rate. Same with full summer 2020 transfers to full summer 2021. If you enrolled to one session 2020 and want full summer 2021, just add the difference of full summer at the 2021 rate. If you enrolled to full summer 2020 and only want one session 2021, you will be refunded the difference between the 2020 rate of one session and 2020 full summer.
If you decide not to attend the 2021 season, cancel before Dec 1 2020 and get a full refund including deposit. After Dec 1 2020 the regular refund policy will be in place. If you request your refund, option 1 benefits no longer apply.
Terms:
Must be paid up in full for your 2020 summer enrollment by August 1 2020.
Your scheduled payments will continue to be charged until 2020 balance is zero.
If no payments are scheduled, we will contact you to set them up.
Cancels the regular 2020 enrollment, gives you the option of joining for modified 2020 camp and auto enrolls into 2021.
3If you apply payments to 2020 camp, that amount will be deducted from 2021 tuition.
Tax Deduction and Best Value Option 2
Tax Deduction Option, and get more for your money!
Option 2 Summary: Convert your 2020 tuition into a tax deductible donation to the camp scholarship fund, or use your payment for your Partner in Pride donation. All 100% tax deductible.
Benefits:
Guaranteed spot in camp for 2021 which is likely to have very high enrollment.
Guaranteed no price increase for the 2021 camp season.
1You are already paid for camp, so if we open in 2020 for second session and you are comfortable joining at that time, you can easily join without paying again, and the difference will be your tax deductible donation amount.
Automatically start to benefit as a Partner in Pride (if your total equals the minimum annual partner payment) and/or upgrade to the next partner level.

Terms:
Cancels the 2020 enrollment.
Does not auto enroll into 2021.
Parents must enroll for 2021 and set up payments by Dec 1 2020.
If you don't need your money back now, we ask you to please choose option 1 or option 2 above, this will be a great help to get FLJDC through this difficult time, and open again in 2021.
If you need your money back now, we understand and are happy to help, please choose from the options below.
Value Refund Option 3
Value option for you and gives camp the time needed to minimize credit card fees*, and with cash flow through the summer.
Option 3 Summary: Request a full refund via same payment method used to pay for camp, which will be sent to you on August 15, 2020, or use some of the balance for 2020 JewishMiniCamps, and get the rest refunded.
Benefits:
No cost, no fees, full 100% refund will be sent to you on August 15.
1You are already paid for camp, so if we open in 2020 and you are comfortable joining at that time, you can easily join without paying again and no additional processing fee. The cost of JewishMiniCamp will be deducted from your balance. The remainder of your 2020 funds will be refunded on Aug 15.
*Gives camp the opportunity to communicate with the bank and minimize credit card fees for the funds that were charged, and that now are being refunded.
Terms:
Any scheduled payments you currently have will not be processed.
The full, (unused in 2020) amount that you paid will be refunded to you on August 15 2020, any outstanding balance for 2020 will be canceled.
No spot can be held for 2021.
Subject to price increase in 2021.
Cancels the 2020 enrollment.
Regular Refund Option 4
Regular Refund Option
Option 4 Summary: Request a full refund via the same payment method used to pay for camp, which will be sent to you on June 15 2020. Use your payment for 2020 if you sign up before June 15.
Benefits:
Get your money back asap.
Terms:
A $100 processing fee* will be deducted from your total refund amount.
The full amount that you paid will be refunded to you minus $100.
1You are getting refunded, so you will need to pay again if you decide to join for 2020 JewishMiniCamps. If you decide to join before June 15, you can use your funds for 2020 and get the remainder refunded. ($100 fee still applies)
Any scheduled payments you currently have will not be processed.
Any outstanding balance for 2020 will be canceled.
No spot can be held for 2021.
Subject to price increase in 2021.
Cancels the 2020 enrollment.
