We hope you are healthy, safe and enjoying the nice weather.
We are keeping to the timeline (May 15, and latest June 1) we have set forth in our original email about preparing for the unique 2020 camp season.
As May 15th approaches, we are preparing to have a virtual meeting and send you written details of our plans and the status of camp.
Since no guidelines have yet been published for Day Camps in New Jersey, and no rulings have yet been made with regard to the opening camps, we may not have a lot of real new information by May 15th, and we may need to wait for our second but final date of June 1.
Considering that May 15th is Friday, and we are being promised that information is due to be released on May 15th, we will need some time to process this information, and incorporate it into our camp plans, in order to make a determination and give you reliable information.
Therefore, we would like to set a tentative online meeting for Sunday, May 17th at 9pm.
We are planning to present general details of what camp may look like, along with the process for safety in camp.
At the meeting, we will review all this information, and we will take your questions.
On about May 18th or 19th, we plan to send out a survey to all parents to get your personal opinion with regard to your plans for the 2020 season.
Refund policy 2020:
As promised, we will update our refund policy for 2020, and we will publish it after our May 17th meeting.
Refund policy will include a few options, but all will allow you to keep the full value of your money that you paid for the 2020 season.
You will be able to choose from options such as saving your spot and payment for 2021, this will include benefits such as no fees for moving to another season, no price increase in 2021, a guaranteed spot in 2021, and helping camp survive this difficult time so that we can continue to serve you with awesome summer experiences in the future.
You will also have the option of full credit back to your credit card, however, this option will not have any benefits.
Full refund details, options and benefits will be published after May 17.
Another email and text message will confirm our online meeting for Sunday, May 17 at 9pm. Please save the date and time.
