Fair Lawn Jewish Day Camp An Awesome Summer Adventure Summer Day Camp for Jewish Boys and Girls Email: Office@FairLawnCamp.com Ph: 201.791.7200
Dear Friend,
We at Fair Lawn Jewish Day Camp sincerely hope that you and your family are doing well, are safe and healthy, and are doing everything to follow safe practice guidelines to remain safe.
Together with G-d’s help, and the efforts of medical staff the world over, we will get through this and come out on the other side stronger and better than before. We are strong, we have faith and we will prevail.
We are aware of and monitoring the COVID-19 situation as it may affect camp and its operations. At this time, It is much too early to make any definite determination, we currently plan to move forward with regular camp plans with G-d’s help, and are planning for an awesome summer with exciting new additions to the schedule and program.
Given that things are currently uncertain, we developed the following timeline to help us all be on the same page and make our summer plans.
If things become more stable and we are able to determine the status of camp, we will do so, as soon as that becomes possible.
By May 15th, we hope to have a decision made based on the best information available, that camp will proceed as usual.
If on May 15th the situation is improving but still not solid enough for a decision, we will wait until June 1st to reach a final decision.
In the unlikely event that the situation does not allow for camp to open on June 29, 2020, refund options including your deposit will be offered to you at that time.
Until a definite decision is made (by June 1st), the refund policy remains the same as outlined in our parent agreement and on the FAQ page of our website.
Current postponing payments option while holding your spot in camp.
If you have payments scheduled for April and May of 2020, and have been financially affected by the current situation, we will be happy to reschedule those payments for July and August of 2020.
In the meantime, let’s hope, pray and think positive, and do all we can to be safe and stay healthy on every level.
We hope and pray for the immediate coming of Moshiach who will bring healing to the entire world.
If you have any follow up questions, or if we can assist you in any way, please do not hesitate to let us know. We are here for you!
With blessings of peace and health.
Sincerely,
Rabbi Mendel & Elke Zaltzman
